The Story and the kheoos team
kheoos was born from the ambition to revolutionize the management of industrial maintenance parts by applying advanced technologies in artificial intelligence and supply chain.
With 25 years of experience in various industrial sectors, we observed that the management of maintenance parts often suffers from a lack of optimization, despite its major impact on companies’ operational performance.
Managing these parts is a complex challenge due to the large number of references, ranging from low to very high values. The human tasks required to keep the catalog up to date (descriptions, photos, technical sheets), analyze market prices, estimate demand, etc., are so time-consuming that, in the absence of in-depth analysis, orders are often overestimated, leading to stock levels far higher than necessary.
Other challenges,such as searching for equivalents, identifying new sources of supply, seeking rare parts from competitors or partners, or reselling dormant stock,require considerable time and energy. Moreover, centralizing data from various entities presents another major obstacle.
Faced with these challenges, we developed a suite of services to help industrial companies radically modernize the management of their parts:
mykheoos, a SaaS solution dedicated to consolidation, obsolescence forecasting, and stock valorization, and
kheoos market, a marketplace dedicated to the resale of dormant stock and the purchase of rare or obsolete parts.

Dominique Mercier
Founder & CEO
Graduated engineer from Ecole Centrale and holder of an executive MBA at HEC, Dominique has a career in automotive, industry services and then at STMicroelectronics, where he successively assumed the functions of industrial engineer, supplier quality manager and corporate sourcing manager. In 2007, he joined Photowatt, a subsidiary of EDF Renewables, where he became Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain Director.
Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and the Supply Chain, and with 25 years of experience in the industry, he imagines services with high value added around the maintenance parts management for industrials and founded kheoos in 2019.
Emmanuelle Paris
COO & Associate
Fascinated by optimizing logistics processes and complexity of transport internationally; graduated from School of Transportation and Logistics, Emmanuelle has worked in various environments such as airport Industry (KLM Cargo), pharmaceutical Industry (Gambro Industries) and planning logistics flows in the energy industry ( EDF ENR PWT).
Emmanuelle completed an Executive MBA from EM Lyon in 2018, studies in which she developed the entrepreneurial spirit: innovation, the implementation of strategies, the understanding of financial tools are added to her knowledge of Supply Chain management system.
Ready to take on new challenges, Emmanuelle joined kheoos in 2019 as COO & Associate.
Guillaume Lepelletier
CTO & Associate
INSA Engineer with a Master degree in Advanced Manufacturing, London, Guillaume has 20 years of experience in industrial engineering at STMicroelectronics, where he designed elaborate IT solutions to address complex production management issues specific to microelectronics; capacity calculations, flow simulation, reentrant flow scheduling, etc.
With his experience in database modeling, Big Data infrastructure and his expertise in SAP information systems, Guillaume joined kheoos in 2019 as CTO & Associate.
Maia Fontaine Leonard
Head of Sales & Marketing
Maia holds an MBA from Saint John’s University and a Master’s in International Marketing from ISEG Business School. Her career, spanning the United States and France, is marked by extensive experience in developing tech startups, with particular expertise in SaaS software for businesses, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.
An accomplished professional in business development and marketing, Maia joined kheoos in September 2024 to leverage her skills in B2B sales and growth strategy to support the company’s expansion.
