History of kheoos

kheoos was born out of the ambition to apply the advanced technologies of artificial intelligence and supply chain to the management of industrial maintenance parts.

Indeed, our 25 years of experience in different industries have shown that this area is not the subject of sufficient optimization efforts, while its impact on operational results is very important. 

Maintenance spare parts management is a complex task, because of the very large number of references, which can be of very low to very high value. Human efforts to 1) keep catalogue information up-to-date with proper descriptions, photos, datasheets, 2) review market prices, 3) estimate demand, etc. are such, that most often, in the absence of a substantiated analysis, orders are placed, resulting in much higher stock levels than necessary.

Other tasks, such as finding equivalencies, new sources of supply, searching for rare items at competitors or peers, reselling dormant stocks, globalizing data from various entities, are a real challenge requiring substantial time and energy.
